An 18-story workforce housing project comprising 224 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes. Half of the units are designated for individuals earning at or above 100% of the area median income. Construction began in March 2024, aiming to address the city’s affordable housing

Oakwood Plaza Redevelopment

Kimco Realty’s rezoning of the Oakwood Plaza site has paved the way for a transformative mixed-use development. The approved plan allows for up to 1.2 million square feet of retail, 1.89 million square feet of office space, 3,800 residential units, and 625 hotel rooms. This redevelopment is expected to significantly enhance the area’s commercial and residential offerings.
